Purpose of Classification:
Supports personal computer and courtroom technology, troubleshooting problems and assisting users.
Essential Functions:
The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Supports all aspects of court technology including installation (hardware, software, peripherals), maintenance, and troubleshooting for personal computers, court systems, and courtroom technology.
Provides on-site and telephone technical support for computer users, diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware, software, and communications systems on various platforms. Develops system configurations.
Serves as an agency liaison to Information Technology and monitors adherence to established information systems and network protocols.
